Walk in and they took my vehicle in immediately and did an oil change and rotated tires and I was out the door in 45 minutes.
Went Shottenkirk Hyundai Rome for our first service on my wife’s Kona. We showed up just prior to our appointment and was taken in immediately, checked in a given an ETR. All work was completed as scheduled. My service attendant was professional and the waiting room was comfortable.

Really wanted a deal here. Took a day and some change. My sales rep went from nice to annoyed and very short w me in the end. Really deterred me from making a deal, due to me having zero tolerance for poor customer service. we were so close to my number, too, lol. Anyways, I'd say maybe give them a shot. They're happy to help....at least in the beginning. Edit: everything was resolved and I walked away with a happy deal. Great hybrid car for a good price. Will recommend doing your business here for sure!

They told me they were doing an oil change, tire rotation and fuel treatment. I can only assume they did the treatment and oil change but did not rotate the tires.
