Excellent service department! Jonah and the crew were kind, professional, and courteous in helping me with a complex good will assistance request with Hyundai corporate. I was able to get my Sonata repainted, which saved me from a very expensive repair. They completed all recalls and repairs quickly, and have my car looking and running great. I highly recommend them and will continue to turn to them in the future.

Took my vehicle in for service to get some warranty work done and the shop got right on it and did a fantastic job of fixing the issue. I also mentioned how when I bought the vehicle I was charged for an item that I didn’t get and the service manager ordered the item for me so I will have everything I paid for. Great service department no issues from me.

Instead of making an appointment, I went to the service department on a day I could wait on my car. Everyone was courteous. I was there 3 hrs. The person checked on me while I waited. I was pleased with the service & results of the recall on my car.

Jamie Carter and Jonah Jones operate with honesty and integrity and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere both over the phone and in person. Repairs were completed in an amazingly quick time compared to what another local Hyundai dealership had quoted me. My experience with both customer service managers and the whole service/repair department has completely changed my opinion about dealership service departments.

After we picked up the vehicle and paid the bill, I was almost home when I received a call from Russ wanting to know if I could return to the service center. I was told there was a problem with my billing and had been charged too much. That was a nice surprise. I guess they could have kept the overpayment and I would have never known. It was a fair amount of money and I was glad to have it promptly returned to our account.

Great Recall Service, it was quick and was back on the road faster than I thought I would be.
The dealership is nice .The people are very courteous. The extra service that my car needed it was explained thoroughly. The wait time took longer than usual.
Excellent service. After some technical confusion about the text I received stating I needed a filter changed, the Manager called me a few minutes after the appointment to make sure I was okay with changing the filter myself and offering to do the filter service on a future date if this was easier for me. Even offered to arrange transportation for me to and from work. The confusion was not his or depts fault as it was a technical issue with the text. I appreciate the great level of customer service.

Salesman didn't answer several questions, had to be reminded.

I had to return to next day (45 miles one way) and have them diagnose/fix the issue.

I would have rated you 5 stars except for one thing. The service department ordered parts for my car and told me it would take about 2 days for the parts to come in. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing so I stopped by the service department and inquired about the parts. Someone went back to the parts department and found out that the parts had come in. Service writers that are there now are always really nice to work with. They are always very thorough on what services I need next.
I rarely have had a good experience in the service department. I needed a DRL installed and they tried telling me it was the wiring. I replaced bulb myself and it worked just fine
